I added chicken, 1 red pepper, 1 onion and 1 potato and it was fantastic, very tasty and I eat half for dinner then keep the rest for lunch the next day.

I love stewpendous! The spice packets (plus whatever vegetables or meat I have around) make it easy to put a great, tasty dinner in the slow cooker in the morning and spend the rest of the day safe in the knowledge that whatever happens, food is sorted. The spices focus on flavour rather than just heat, and taste amazing, and the pulses mean its filling and nutritious. This isn't the world's most impressive photo, but it IS the most impressive thing I have done with leftover Christmas roast for a while!

Here’s my Tex Mex Stewp using lean steak mince. I added 1/3 can chopped Chipotle chillies and a tablespoon of tomato puree. Rich, spicy and utterly delicious. Stewp Mixes are fast becoming a go to in our house. Love them ☺️👌

Lovely mellow spice mix which really enhanced the chorizo I added. Not sure the mix needs rice and pulses and the addition of potatoes though. I would try it again with just chorizo and omit the tatties.

A cupboard staple in our house now. Recently made lentil nachos with the Tex Mex (full tin of tomatoes and less water is our way), created two layers of tortilla chips, lentils & cheese before grilling to melt the cheese. Served with all the usual Tex Mex sides. Best veggie nacho's I've tasted.

I found Stewpendous in Edinburgh and tried a few different Stewps. They are all so easy and so versatile for veggie or meat based meals. During lockdown I contacted Alex the owner. Alex sent them immediately and was brilliant at contact. All our family young and old and all loved them! Definitely 10 out of 10! Thank you Stewpendous for the Stewp mix I'm finding it invaluable given what we are going thru with C-19. Love the sentiments that I find on this page - Stewp presents us with alternatives between vegan/meat. I'm finding that Stewp is helping me have more delicious vegan meals - I'm not giving up meat– I'm just eating much less of it. And that's got to be a good thing especially given the state of the environment and especially the situation regarding the crossing-over of viral infections.

I can't recommend these enough! As a student it's so hard to find the time to make good wholesome food so these are a huge help. I often make a batch then freeze portions for the days I don't have time to cook but need a good meal. I love that they are also gluten free so perfect if I'm having friends over. Tex-mex is my go to but the Sambar curry is also amazing.

The meals produced using these mixes are amazing and for so little work in the kitchen! My favourite is the Sambar Curry and that requires only cutting potatoes and adding a can of tomatoes. They're also customisable making delicious meals whether you add meat or keep them vegetarian. Because I'm not from Edinburgh after the first success I ordered a resupply via post and that was easy and my package arrived promptly. I would definitely recommend No Fuss Cooking.
