Refund policy

Please email hello@stewpendouscooking.co.uk in the first instance to resolve any issues you might experience with your order. 

 

Unhappy with Stewp Mixes and undamaged 

You have the right to cancel your order at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your order. Please notify Stewpendous Ltd at hello@stewpendouscooking.co.uk within this time frame if you wish to cancel your order. 

You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return the goods at your own cost. 

To be eligible for a refund including any P&P paid on the original delivery the Stewp mixes must be not be damaged by yourself or opened by yourself.   

Please also send a photo of both sides of the mixes to be returned before you send them back to us. We will then know that if they are damaged that the cause was en-route back to us. Please send them back to Stewpendous Ltd at 42 Duddingston Park, Edinburgh, EH15 1JY.

Refunds will be applied to the card used for payment of the order cancelled. 

 

Incorrect Stewp Mixes supplied

If incorrect goods have been supplied, rather than returning the incorrect mixes, we will send you the correct order at our cost.

Please notify us at hello@stewpendouscooking.co.uk that you have received the incorrect order. Please include in the email a photo of the mixes received and your order number.

 

Stewp Mixes Damaged

Stewpendous Ltd takes precautions to ensure that your items will be packaged well to ensure safe arrival. These precautions include, 

  1. Orders up to 8 mixes are sent in a box that fits through a standard UK letterbox.
  2. The mixes do not push out the box walls.
  3. We seal the boxes with tape

Due to the fragile nature of this product, we can not guarantee safe arrival, and can not control the manner in which the package is treated after it leaves our shop.

However, if on their arrival you receive damaged Stewp Mixes that cannot be used, please take photos of the damage including the box immediately, and send them to hello@stewpendouscooking.co.uk with a message detailing what has happened.

When the photos have been received and it is clear what was damaged before the Stewp Mixes arrived at your location, we will process your refund for the damaged Stewp Mixes.  

Refunds will be applied to the payment card used for the order containing the damaged Stewp Mixes. 

We would also appreciate your assistance working with the courier company to understand what has happened. Therefore, please retain the packaging until our investigation is complete.
